Patrick & Françoise offers yount the rental of an independent ground floor in a detached house, with one floor.
The accommodation is type F2 of 53m² with:
- An entrance with corridor,
- A large, fully equipped dining kitchen,
- A relaxation lounge with 102cm LED TV and Wi-Fi,
- A bedroom with a kingsize bed with a large closet,
- A bathroom with 80x80cm shower,
- A separate toilet,
- A laundry room with washing lines, bicycle storage space.

Mosquito nets on the windows.
Iron and ironing board, dryer, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, a standing fan, microwave, filter and expresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, hood, dishwasher and washing machine. Elliptical bike.
The dishes are intended for 6 people.
Household linen hand towels, towels, washcloths and bed linen are provided. The bed is made on arrival.
Household products/laundry detergent provided.
The rental is not equipped for disabled people.

Quietly located between mountains and sea (20 minutes by car).
The lakes of "St Jean pla de Corts" are set up in the summer as a leisure center (10 minutes away).
The river "Le tech" and its banks are 5 minutes away (2 minutes by bike) and provide access via its cycle paths to the“Greenway of Vallespir" of Argelès-sur-mer and Perthus.
Convenience :
The accommodation is located next to the tennis court and the municipal swimming pool (open in summer except during drought warnings).
The city center, its shops & restaurants, its market (Sunday and Thursday morning) are 5 minutes away.
Shopping Center: Lidl and Leclerc are 3 minutes by car.
The spa resort for cures and its Casino are 5 minutes away.
The €1 bus serves the towns on the Perpignan, Céret and Argeles routes.
Spain (and its new Gran Jonquera XXL shopping complex) is 10 minutes by car.
Additional information and options :
- The owners live upstairs (if necessary, during your stay do not hesitate to contact us).
- In case of late arrival at night, contact us to get the key box code.
- Non-smoking apartment.
- Animals not accepted, for small, clean and quiet dogs (- 8kg, please contact us).
- Plenty of free public parking on the street and private covered location.
- The 3 trashes must be emptied into containers outside the house.
- Inform the owner in advance if other people are staying or have access to the rental.
- Charges: cold/hot water, heating and electricity are included.
- Prices vary between 40 and 55€/night depending on the season + the tourist tax is 1.30€/d/people.

- Electric bike rental €20 per day or €40 per week.
- Cleaning must be done before your departure, an end-of-stay cleaning service is offered for €30.
